平日の夜に予約して伺いました。東京駅八重洲地下中央口を出てすぐに見えてくるグランルーフのなかにあります。かなり人気で、ほぼ満席だったかと思います。
全てのお料理がとても丁寧に作られていると感じました。白子ポン酢の炙りは初めてでしたが、白子特有の濃厚な旨味は残しつつ、生臭さが一切ない、絶妙なバランスに仕上がっていて感動しました。
ぶり大根も、鰤の臭みが一切なく仕上げられており、染み染み大根が最高でした。お刺身やお寿司のお魚は新鮮で、お寿司は丁寧に握られており、こちらもとても美味しかったです。
店員さんはとても優しく、丁寧な接客でした。贅沢な時間をありがとうございました。
