東京駅 『 築地寿司清 東京駅グランスタ八重洲店 』
東京駅八重洲地下中央口から地下に入り徒歩1分。
カウンターを希望し、とりあえず10貫程おまかせで注文。
時間は11時ちょいで客はまばら。
大将がつきっきりで握ってくれる、米酢のシャリもネタも良い。
ピークタイムにどう変化するかは分からないが、この日は握り･大将とのやり取り含め非常に楽しいカウンター鮨を堪能する事が出来た。
握りは追加含め15貫、お代は6,000円程。
滞在時間は30分ちょい、帰りの際には大将の「ありがとうございました！」の声。
個人的に満足度高し。
