小田原に行って籠清を買ったのに鈴廣を買わないのもなぁと思い、
東京で途中下車。
「百年ちくわ」というネーミングに惹かれて購入しました。

かまぼこの起源であるちくわを、
百年余の昔から受け継がれる
伝統の技で仕上げました。
～だそうです。～～～
どちらも、噛むと押し返してくるような弾力があり、
ぷりぷりした食感で旨味が濃いです。
しろちくわは、甘めの味付けでねぎのシャキシャキ感がいいです♪
皮がない分全体的にふっくらした感じ。
焼きちくわは、塩気が若干強いように感じました。
また、ごま油の風味がふわっと感じられます。
全体に焼き色がついていて香ばしく、皮は程よい厚みです。
蒲鉾などのすりみ製品は、アミノ酸がバランスよく含まれていて
高たんぱく低脂肪なので、デンプンや添加物の含有量が少ない
ちゃんとしたメーカーの商品ならかなり美容と健康に良いので、
積極的に食べています♪暑い夏に向けて手軽で調理不要なので
ますます出番が増えそうです。
