ベトナムフォー950円を注文しました。
小振りな器でしたが、見た目に食材が詰まっている
感じがします。
特に麺がぎゅうぎゅう。
麺を箸で、つかむと、切れてしまいます。
正直、もう少し大きい器で麺をほぐして欲しいな。
ニンジンとか大根とかゴロゴロ入っています。
特にビックリは、鶏肉がぎっしり。
これだけ、具だくさんのフォーは、見たことがありません。
スープも、普通よりもコクがある感じ。
野菜とか、鶏肉の旨味が加わっているからかな。
食べ応えのあるフォーでした。
