～新鮮な魚貝にワイン党も、シーフード党もご納得～
東京駅出てすぐ地下街〈グランルーフ〉にある「Gigasシーフードバー」
オイスターバーブームもあって、あちこちお店巡りはしていて、こちらも当然チェックして拝見はしておりましたが、ランチメニューが少なくてスルーしておりました。しかし！最近八重洲パトロールしたら、大好物発見！マイ牡蠣店リスト・データ更新。同じ部のママオウエルのけーこちゃんと伺いました。
ランチメニューは全品 サラダ、カフェ付きです。
カトラリーとお箸は、テーブル下の引出しにはいっておりました。簡易的だけど合理的なおもてなし。
【サラダ】
レタスとコーンがいろどりよくのってシンプルな具材ながら、おいしいドレッシングがかかっていました。
【メイン】
「メカジキのポアレ あおさクリームソース」
白ワインベースのあおさ入りの見た目もきれいなクリーミーなソースでした。旨みのあるカジキの歯ごたえにもぴったり。カジキさんに火入れがパワフル過ぎて厳しかったかな？？固めでした。ポアレの火加減、むずかしいものです。でも赤いピンクペッパーがパンチ効かせて、あおさの旨味がたっぷり活きていて大満足でした。さらに、付け合わせのほうれん草のソテーも程よく味付けされていました。
【パン】
きちんと温めてきてくれました。バターが付かなくって、最後モソモソして小さい悩みでした。おききしたら自分で〈バターほしい旨の申し出〉が必要だったみたい。あららら。
けーこちゃんの「ギガスのオーシャンドリア」は海老、アサリ、イカが熱々のチーズとともに美味しそうでした。トマトソースの色からして、食欲をそそられます。ママなのに〈カリスマ級スキキライいっぱーい！！〉のけーこちゃんもおいしーい、って言ってらした。良かったです！メニューをみましたら限定１５食って、〈看板〉なのでしょうからテマヒマかかっているのでしょう。他にもシーフードパスタとか、カキフライ、みんな美味しそうでした。
これから牡蠣のシーズン、パリでも勇気だして食べまくります。フランスで養殖されている牡蠣の多くは、半世紀前に宮城県から渡ったマガキの子孫です。
日本でもいろんな産地の牡蠣を食べ比べしたり、楽しめる時期になりますね。。こちらはクリオネグループ、大好きな八重洲「バーオブトウキョウ」もそうですが、どこも魚貝に強いベテラン会社なので安心していただけます。牡蠣の食べ放題もお楽しみ！！ ちなみにギガスってミコノス島・ギリシア神話でいうゼウスとギガスの戦いの地、のギガスなのかな？どーでもいいけど。
