平日21時頃訪問。
お店は、東京駅の2階の北町ダイニングの一角にある。北町ダイニングの他のお店は満席で、唯一席が空いていたが満席に近かった。
店内は、4人掛けテーブルが10数卓ある。
注文したのは以下の5品。
・毛沢東スペアリブ980円
・ポテトサラダ710円
・焼き餃子5個540円
・青菜炒め550円
・ピータン480円
毛沢東スペアリブには、特製スパイスが掛かっている。想像してたものよりスパイスの量が少なかったけど、スパイスが効いていて肉にも味が染みていた。
ポテトサラダは、すり鉢に、蒸したジャガイモや角切りのキュウリ、紫玉ねぎ、マヨネーズなどが入っている。自分でジャガイモを潰してマヨネーズなどを絡めてポテトサラダを作ることになっている。自分で作ることを考えると710円は高いような気がする。
青菜炒めは、ニンニクが効いているものの、味がぼやけた感じだった。
焼き餃子とピータンは、普通に美味しかった。
