日曜日、11:07初訪。先客なし。
メニュー表から口頭注文。大盛は100円増し、焼売2個プラスで250円増し。水はピッチャーとコップが出てきてセルフ。
サンラータンメン到着。スープからいただきます。酸っぱさはあまり感じませんが、酢のコクは感じます。辛さは後からピリ辛な感じ。干し椎茸の香りがいいですね。麺は細麺でやや硬めの茹で加減。大盛だと結構ボリューミー。
後から焼売到着。肉と貝柱の旨み。醤油はなくてもいけますね。
お支払いは何も持たずにレジへ。1400円のお支払い。帰りにはお客さんは4人入ってました。ごちそうさまでした。
