年始…田舎へ墓参りの道中は、必ず景気付けの高級弁当を買う。
今年は、米沢牛の梅ばちさんで、米沢牛のステーキ弁当購入。
並んでいた中で、ステーキがほんのり赤みがあるモノをチョイス
左手のすき焼き風味の牛丼は、
脂身と玉ねぎが甘く、しらたきの触感と汁が染みたご飯とベチャベチャな感じをさせない。
これは美味い。
一方、ステーキは、赤身があるのに…肉が固い。
ソースもちょいとしょぱいのも肉に絡まず、
米沢牛という美味しいお肉なのに美味しさが、伝わらなかったな。
実にもったいないの一言。
