スパイシーな薫りが食欲そそります。
チキンカレーヌードル「カオソイ」を注文。
スープはココナッツミルクとパクチーがきいたカレースープ。
麺は表面には揚げた麺。下には平打ち麺。
揚げた麺がスープに浸ると、2度楽しめる。
平打ち麺もスープが絡みつつチュルンとおいしい。
途中で、レモンをしぼる。次に辣油？を入れる。
酸味と辛味で、味の変化を楽しめます。
具材のチキンもしっかり煮込まれててホロホロと。
口休めのグァバラッシーが一際甘く感じます。
