When I visited on weekdays around 7pm, the number of customers was about 30%. The office district seems relatively calm at night. It seems to be a building directly connected to the station, but I looked like I might get lost, so I searched for the location from the ground. On this day, I really wanted to eat Khao Soi, so I went to a restaurant near Tokyo Station that I had never been to before. Today's order: Chicken curry noodles [Khao Soi] It takes about 15 minutes to be served. I can't help but notice the cute tableware. Add the mustard greens and red onion condiments on a separate plate and take a sip of the soup. The mellow curry soup with plenty of coconut milk has a mild spiciness and is very easy to drink. This restaurant's "chili pepper mark 1" is a safe level. For those who like spicy food, chili pepper paste was also available in the condiment dish. As someone who doesn't like spicy food, I really appreciate this kind of consideration. However, this chili paste is extremely spicy. Out of curiosity, I dissolved it in some soup and it made my mouth swell. This is a dangerous level. The noodles are flat rice noodles. Easy to eat. I don't know whether to eat the crunchy noodles on top or eat them crispy, but personally, I like to soak them in the soup and let them soften, then mix them with the chewy noodles and enjoy the difference in texture. I like it. If it's shriveled, it's good for the soup to stick to it. It also has plenty of tenderly cooked chicken, so it's very filling. If you squeeze a lemon after eating about half of it, it will add a refreshing sour taste and increase your appetite. It wasn't crowded after I entered the store, so I stayed there for about an hour and a half. The situation may be different on a Friday night, but it was a place where you could have a relaxing dinner. I'm curious about the "green curry fried rice", which I've never seen before, so I'd like to try that next time.
