季節変わりの「カノムチーン ナムギョウ」をオーダー。
速攻でサーブされたそれは、ぬるいどころか、ほぼ常温？っていうぐらいの温度。
添えられた生野菜を投入すると完全に常温に。。。
冷蔵庫にあった麺に、あんまりあったかく無いスープをかけちゃったんだろうか。
味付け自体はそれなりに現地っぽいと思うのだけど、、、
タイ料理は門外漢なので、こういう食べ物なのか、ググってしまったけど、ちゃんと温かそう。。。
