Sarabeth’sで、ゆっくり休日ブランチなんて思ってたら甘かった！お盆休みの土曜日１０時半、予約のお客さんと順番待ちのお客さんで、席に案内されるまで小一時間かかりましたが、店内は落ち着いた雰囲気！ニューヨーカー気分？で休日ブランチを楽しめました。クラッシック（ベーコン）とサーモンのハーフ&ハーフのエッグベネディクトをいただきましたが、お饅頭のような（例えがよくないか？）半熟たまごに、オランデーズソース。フォルムといい、色彩といい芸術品の域！半熟たまごの黄身とソースが、ベーコン&サーモン、マフィンに絡んで最高コラボ、美味しゅうございました。
