経団連地下で陽気なJimmy のパスタランチ
大手町駅直結の経団連ビル地下レストラン街を入ってすぐのバルでランチをいただきました。
間口が狭くて外から内部の様子が窺うことが出来ない造りなので、未訪問でした。
店頭の黒板メニューに「釜揚げシラスと生海苔のペペロンチーノ」という好物が出ていたので、初めて入ってみました。
奥行きが深くて、思ったより広いスペースにテーブル席がゆったりと並んでいる。
オープンキッチンには、大柄な白人男性が調理をしていたので、この人がオーナーシェフのJimmy さんらしいです。
ランチメニューはパスタ6種とリゾット一種で全品サラダ付で950円と大手町では良心的な価格です。
サービス担当の若い女性に、お目当てのシラスと生海苔のパスタランチとオプションの木の子のポタージュスープをオーダー。
すぐにサラダが出てきました。
レタス、水菜、紫キャベツ、キャロットラペ、コーンと彩り豊かで、ドレッシングも美味しいちゃんとしたサラダなので、この後の料理が楽しみです。
続いて木の子のポタージュスープが出てきました。
トロリとしたポタージュで、色んな木の子の旨味が凝縮された美味しいスープで身体が温まってホッとします。これで150円は安い！
パスタはシェフのJimmy さんが自らサービスしてくれました。
大皿いっぱいに広がったスパゲッティにシラスと生海苔がたっぷり絡んでいて、赤唐辛子が一本トッピング。
シラスと生海苔を後載せでなく、よく絡ませてあるところが気に入りました。
後載せはインスタ映えするけど、味わいにばらつきが出るし、かと言って自分で混ぜようとすると皿からはみ出てしまう。
パスタの茹で加減も丁度良く、海苔の香りとシラスの旨味がたっぷりと感じられて美味しかったです。
100円プラスで大盛りもでき、デザートも200円でドリンク150円で追加出来るので、ちょっとしたコース風のランチが安くいただける良いお店です。

仕事の大先輩が傘寿を迎えられたので、お世話になった老若男女を募ってお祝いしようと、職場近くの経団連ビルの地下にあるイタリアンバルjimmyを貸し切っちゃいました。
お祝いのケーキは、パレスホテルで予約しておいて当日午後に持ち込んで冷蔵庫で預かってもらいました。
2時間半飲み放題のプチ贅沢貸切パーティーコースは5980円で料理9品に24種類のドリンク飲み放題というお得なコースでした。
こういう飲み放題コースは、得てして料理が寂しかったり、美味しくなかったりするものですが、ここの料理はどれも美味しくてボリュームもたっぷりですっかりお腹いっぱいになりました。
オーナーシェフのjimmyさんがドリンクもどんどん出してくれるので、ストレス無く思う存分飲む事ができ、持ち込みのケーキも、綺麗に切り分けてサーブしてくれるサービスの良さに感激しました。
料理の中でも特に良かったのは、アンチョビポテトサラダ、海老のアヒージョ、丸ごとカマンベールチーズにベーコンを巻いてオーブンで焼いたカマンベーコンが、ワインやサワーに合っていて美味しかったです。
これからの忘年会、新年会にもお勧めします。
