グランキューブの鶏料理専門店の牡蠣フライと唐揚げのランチ
2016年5月にオープンした大手町フィナンシャルシティ・グランキューブの地下レストラン街にある鶏料理専門店です。
こういったオフィスビルのレストラン街に何店舗か展開しているチェーン店のような感じです。
店内は入口の印象からは驚くほど広くて、テーブル席が並んでいてテーブルの間にはスクリーンを垂らしてプライバシーに配慮していました。
ランチのおすすめは「をどり盛り」という山盛りの唐揚げ定食でしたが、唐揚げばかりでは飽きてしまいそうだったので、牡蠣フライと唐揚げのセット定食980円を注文。
大きなお皿にキャベツの繊切が山盛りになっていて、牡蠣フライが3個に唐揚げが4個、間にはタルタルソースがたっぷりとしかれていました。
個数は少ないが一個が大きいのでボリューム感はあります。
キャベツも非常に細く刻んであるので食べやすい。
牡蠣フライは普通の定食屋の牡蠣フライで、衣が結構固めで歯応えがありました。
唐揚げは胸肉なのでパサパサした感じでしたが、最後の方は熱が落ち着いたからか、少ししっとりして美味しくなってきました。
唐揚げにもタルタルソースを付けてチキン南蛮のように食べて味変を楽しみましたが、タルタルの茹で玉子の微塵切りが粗く刻んであるのでフライや唐揚げに馴染まないのが残念でした。

This is a restaurant located in the underground Restaurants area of Otemachi Financial City Grand Cube that serves charcoal-grilled chicken dishes such as yakitori that is not skewered. At a counter seat in front of the grill, I ordered a platter of yakitori that was not skewered. Various parts of the chicken are grilled over charcoal and served on a hot lava plate, so not only does it stay cool even when served all at once, but the surface remains crispy thanks to the far-infrared effect. The inside is plump, juicy and delicious. We enjoyed the different tastes and textures of each of the six types: naankotsu, chicken wings, seseri, gizzard, thighs, and liver, while pairing them with sake. I had the offal stew as a finishing touch for my meal. It's a shame that there aren't many types of sake, but it's enough for an evening drink. It's right below my workplace, so it was a convenient store to stop by on my way home from work.
