11月の平日のお昼に訪問しました。
場所は東京駅から北に徒歩2分ほどのガード下にあります。
お店は所謂居酒屋ですがランチもやっておりますよ。
丸の内界隈のランチは須らく英世以上は必至のところ、こちらは700～800円くらいでボリューム満点のランチが頂けるという、オアシス的存在でございます。
唐揚げが押しのようです。味5種類から選べる唐揚げランチを。辛いもの好きな私は四川風をチョイス。＋1品をモツ煮かモツカレーを選べる形式。なぜモツ縛り？と思いましたが、夜経営後の調整でしょうかね。カレーはスパイシーでいい感じ。唐揚げはサクサクで満足だし、辛マヨネーズタレが旨い。カレーも味変効果があっていいですよ。
周囲と比較して低価格なのかを勝手に推察するに、あくまで夜メインで夜に発生した余分なものを効果的に活用しているからこそなのかなと。消費者目線で言うと、別にその背景は気にならないし、昨今のESG観点目線で考えるとむしろそこに加担応援できるのは良い事かなという、食欲も貢献欲も満たすことができる良店ではないでしょうか。言いすぎでしょうか。あと、従業員さんへの負担感はいつも少し気になりますが、そこはいつも頑張って！と願うばかりでございます。。。
