A udon Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) originating from the gourmet town of Hakata. At night, it has a bar-like atmosphere and seems to have a wide variety of snacks. Today, I chose hot egg bukkake udon for lunch. Apparently, they are particular about using wheat grown in Itoshima, and the noodles are surprisingly chewy, just like Sanuki udon. It gives the impression of udon that combines this supple body with the gentle texture of Hakata.
