オーダーはすべてスマホ注文です。
キャベツはおかわり自由ですが、どの店舗でも最初は少なめで出てきますね。即おかわり♪
串かつの本家本元と言えば、大阪・新世界の「ジャンジャン横丁」。通天閣の下に広がる横丁に立ち並ぶB級グルメ。大阪といえば、「たこ焼き」「お好み焼き」そして「串かつ」！

こちらの衣は他と比べてパン粉がなくふわふわ。山芋をブレンドした衣で大阪の名店の独特の食感を実現し、揚げ油は高級ラード。
