本日、帰宅の路地についていたが、いつもならば、昼のフォー専門店とカレーの食べ放題のお店であったが、夜の営業を実施していた。
ふらっと立ち寄ってしまった。
店員さんに聞くと、コロナ禍より開けておらず実に3年半ぶりの営業との事でした。
大きい店員さんは、気さくに話しかけてくれ、昼の営業の業態と違い、蔵元の日本酒と米料理をメニューに取り揃えていた。
味も大変美味しく、大皿ではないので、ひとりでも注文しやすく！
日本酒はワイングラスで提供する方法に変えると言う変わり者(笑)
個人的なオススメは、米粉で作るニラチジミ！厨房も店内から見えて、料理人がしっかり焼いていた。大衆居酒屋のような枝豆などのベタなメニューは逆にないが、それはそれで、楽しい(笑)
また来ます！
