今日は私の誕生日祝いで私のリクエストで広島風お好み焼きを食べに同店へ
前に家で妻に広島風お好み焼きを作ってくれたんですが、何か違う気がして、なおかつ妻が普通のお好み焼きよりも面倒くらいと不評であったため、やはりプロの本格的な広島風お好み焼きを食べたいと思い、いつものように食べログでググったら、この店が出てきました。
東京駅に着いたのはちょうど11時頃でしたが、地下街は人でごった返してました。
この店にもすでに３組くらいが並んでいましたが、回転が速く、すぐに席に着くことができました。
店名と同じの電光石火二つと、チーズ入りを一つ注文、あと私と妻が生ビールを昼間から飲むことにしました。
約10分程度で着丼、味については、電光石火も美味しかったのですが、チーズ入りの方が味が濃くて私には好みでした。
本当に回転が速いので、並んでいても怯まずいれば、意外に早く座れますよ。
