お店一推しの飲み放題付きコース5000円を
頂きました。
最初にポテサラ、ナッツ、ピクルスの
“前菜盛り”が到着、
その後は、“白菜の丸焼き”、
“山盛りポテトフライ“ののち、
“厳選！グリル盛り合わせ（４種）”、
“u.s.産プライム肩ロースステーキ”、
“クリスピーピッツァ”、
“デザート盛り合わせ”の展開です。
“グリル盛り合わせ”は、
砂肝、シシカバブ他・・・、
いずれもスパイシーな味付けで、
食べ比べるというよりは、
これを糧に、ドリンクをガンガン進める感じでしょうか。
特に砂肝は大きくて、
カットしようとしても逃げ回るほどパンパン。
いずれもポーションが大きめなこともあり、
よく噛んで噛んで味わうタイプの肉たちです。
“u.s.産プライム肩ロースステーキ”は、
全体的には柔らかい反面、
ところどころ筋張る感じ。
それほどいい肉質ではなさそう。。。ですが、
コースの価格とボリュームから考えたら、
十分お値打ちだと思います。
「肉料理専門店で肉を味わう」というのではなく、
アルコール片手に、
肉をワシワシ食むのが目的とするならば、
価格、量、品質のバランスが取れた、
使いやすいお店さんではないでしょうか。
