平日の開店とともに入店し、ランチのプライム肩ロースステーキ300ｇを単品でオーダー。
ガッツリ肉が食べたい気分だったので、ライスとスープのセットはなし。
熱せられた鉄板に、ステーキ肉がびっしり。この見た目にワクワクします。
自分で返して丁度よいように火を入れるとの説明でした。
赤身だけかと思ってしまっていましたが、想像以上に脂もついてました。
しっかり噛みしめて食すといった感じで、満足感がありました。
ソースは3種類のうち、ショウガを選択。口元まで持っていくだけで鼻にぬけるほどたっぷりのショウガ。かと言って辛すぎず、醤油の甘味もありごはんに合いそう。
付け合わせの野菜（パプリカ・なす）が肉汁と脂を吸ってくれて美味しかったです。
スプマンテをグラスでいただけたのは、言うことなしです。
二人組のＯＬさんや、おひとり様の女性もいらしていて、明るすぎない照明で悪くない居心地でした。
また肉をたっぷり食べたいときに利用したいです。
