てじなーにゃ。
今夜はブギウギ、兼坂 東京丸の内店さんにお邪魔しました。
東京駅近くの高架下にあるこちらのお店は
ブランド地鶏と和情緒が溢れる本格的な和個室が堪能出来るお店です。
お友達の紹介でオススメされたので利用してみる事にしました。
高架下にあるお店ですが、新橋のようなガード下っぽさは無くて静かな感じ。
店内は落ち着きいた雰囲気で、ゆったりとした時間が流れています。
感じの良い個室で飲み会がスタート。
エクストラコールドを扱っているお店に来たらとりあえず！ってなわけで
ファーストドリンクはスーパードライのエクストラコールドを注文です。
キンキンに冷えた喉越しは季節を問わない爽快感です、たまらんですね。
料理の注文は鶏料理をメインにポツポツと。
・朝挽き地鶏のたたき
さっぱりとした味わいです、飾り切りされた大根も美しい見た目。
胡麻とネギと合わせて生姜醤油でいただきました。
・熟成鶏の唐揚げ
カラっと揚がった唐揚げです、じとってもジューシ～
ぷりっとした身とサクっとした衣の織り成すハーモニー
普通に美味しい逸品でした。
・鶏じゃが
お店のオススメっぽかったので注文してみました。
肉じゃがのような、ほっこりとした家庭的な味でした。
ちょっと実家が恋しくなります。
どうやらランチもやっているようなので
今度はお昼を食べにお邪魔してみたいと思います。
