初訪 202110（No.3079）
当日は台風が接近しており、外は強風と共に横殴りの雨が
降っていましたので、東京駅内でのネタ拾いです（笑
グランスタ東京のスイーツネタ、めぼしいお店は殆どが
既訪・既レビューですので、残ったこちらに訪店させて頂きました。
こちらは1924年（大正13年）創業で、洋菓子業界唯一の
宮内省御用達と言うお店ですが、こちらの創業者である 門倉 國輝 氏が
本場の製法を極め、知識と経験に基づいて考案したショートケーキは
世界に誇る日本独自のケーキとの事でありまする～♪
子供の頃は「コロンバン」のお菓子があれば欣喜雀躍状態でしたが、
今となってはそれ程の有難味も無くて・・・(-_-)
銀の鈴サンドパンケーキ（モンブラン＆苺） 各297円
東京駅グランスタ店限定品との事で、上記商品を購入です。
ふわふわのワッフルパンケーキ生地にクリームをサンドし、
銀の鈴の焼き印を押した美味しい店舗限定商品です。
苺風味の生クリームに苺をまるごと1個サンドした「苺」は良いとしても、
「モンブラン」は今時余り見かけない黄色いモノで、流石
歴史のあるお店は違いますね(●´ω｀●)
