I walked from Otemachi Station. Shinmaru Building 5th floor. At dusk in spring, the view of Tokyo Station below is magical. This is a restaurant where you can enjoy yakitori and game meat while sipping wine, but they also have a wide variety of alcoholic beverages other than wine. We toasted with sparkling wine and enjoyed the following dishes. Yakitori/game/seasonal vegetable course (7,150 yen) ◇Assortment of 5 seasonal appetizers ・Urui soak ・Asparagus cappellini ・Camembert and black olives with miso ・Pickled quail and duck pintxos ・Breast meat flying dragon head ◇ Very rich chicken hot water soup ◇ 3 items of yakitori salt ・ Grilled wasabi fillet ・ Gizzard ・ Negima ◇ 2 items of yakitori sauce ・ Chicken fillet ・ Tsukune ◇ 2 seasonal vegetable skewers ・ Brussels sprouts ・ Kingfish ◇ Deer skewers from Onodera in Miyagi Prefecture ◇ Minamiizumori's boar skewer ◇Special chicken salmon roe ◇Non-chemical sausage of deer and Oyster with pine nuts. Add grain mustard and watercress. ◇Peony/autumn leaves hotpot ◇Selectable closing dishes ◇Sweetness Seasonal appetizers such as Uruya and green asparagus let you enjoy spring. The chicken hot water soup was thick and tasted like soy milk. This is delicious! The grilled skewers are especially impressive with chicken belly. It had a rich flavor and was satisfying to eat. The meatballs have cartilage and the sauce is not too sweet. My favorite dish, boar thighs, is fragrant and the fat is delicious. Deer thighs have a chewy texture and are easy to eat. How much is chicken? It was nigiri Sushi with egg yolk marinated in soy sauce. It has a thick texture similar to salmon roe. To finish off my meal, I Oyako-don (Chicken and egg bowl), and my companion had soy sauce white soup Ramen. Oyako-don (Chicken and egg bowl). My first taste. Lastly, add mascarpone sauce to the strawberries, apples, and Hyuganatsu. The bakers and staff are all good-looking. This is a popular store with good service. After all, the view was amazing.
