いやぁ～こちらは迷った。地図上にグルメゾンって名前がないんだもん。
どうやら東京駅のグルメタウンの２階が新しくグルメゾンとしてオープンしたみたい。
店に着いてみるとお客は9割方の入り。結構繁盛していています。
客層は女性が多いと思いきや男性サラリーマンが多数。
新幹線が何か関係しているだろうか？出張？？？
メニューは肉が中心だけどサイドメニューも充実。
それでは食欲に任せて注文して行きましょう。

最初は軽くトウモロコシのムースから。
トウモロコシの自然の甘みがよく出ていますね。これ好き。
ケールのサラダは初めて。
ケールって青汁の主原料でしょ。あんな苦いのサラダになるの？
と思っていたら爽やかな苦み。本当のケールってこんな味なんだ。
パテカンって何だろう？
どうやらパテドカンパーニュの略らしい。
直訳すると田舎風パテね。これも美味しかった。
やっぱりこちらは肉がメインですね。
お腹も結構膨れてきたのでメニューにないハーフサイズでの注文。
国産牛とラムは相盛りできました。
厚く切った肉を表面だけ焼いて中はほぼレアです。
こういう焼き方が出来るのはビスロトならではですね。
このお肉がとても柔らかい。ワインと合わせれば至福。
〆で食べた穴子と新牛蒡のビストロ飯は出汁がご飯に染みて絶品でした。
これだけ食べて1人５０００円は安いと思いました。
