大衆ビストロだけあって、店内はワイワイガヤガヤ活気に溢れています。今回は友人との昼飲みで初訪問。
６人掛けカウンター席の中央のお席に通していただきましたが、とにかく狭くて、隣のお客様との密着度が高かったです。
お料理は全体的に美味しくいただきました。
▪️和牛のカルパッチョ
口の中でとろけるような柔らかさで、程よく脂ものっていて美味。
▪️もやしと春菊のナムル
春菊のほのかな苦味により、もやしが引き立てられ、
相性の良い組み合わせだと感じました。
自宅でも作ってみたい一品。
▪️鯛とゴボウのアヒージョ
※写真撮り忘れました。ごめんなさい
ガーリックと塩味を控えているのか？いまいち味に締まりがなく、鯛の淡白な味がアヒージョによって、活かされた仕上がりには感じられませんでした。
▪️コーンのフリット
出来たてあつあつの状態で提供して下さり、コーンがギッシリ詰まったサクサクフリットをタルタルソースでいただきました。美味しかったです〜
