もはや何が食べたいとかではなく、行くこと自体が目的化した本末転倒感のあるグルメゾン開拓。
リーチをかける一手の店がここ、〈カジュアル鉄板 伊達〉。
平日11:30、少し回ったくらいでは全くもって空いているこの界隈。案の定、行けばすっと入れる。
やはりグルメゾン、穴場なんだよな…。
注文はオススメの文字がぐらつかせるジンギスカンと迷って、〈トントロの鉄板生姜焼き定食〉1,400円（税抜）。ややお高め。ただ、この界隈の地代の高さを考えると、この価格帯がむしろ普通なんじゃないだろうかって感じだな…。
味のほうは、やや味にトガリがあって（ショウガの風味がちょっと強調される感じ）まとまりに欠けるというか、あまり好みな感じではないけれど、トントロへの火の通し方はお見事で、これを悪く言うのは違うかな。方向性の違いという感じはする。
次に来るかは、好みの違いもあって微妙なところではあるけれど、これはこれでの一食。というか、鉄板で焼き上げるのを横目で見ていたけれど、肉の火入れは適切な感じがしており、もしかしたらメニューを選んだらイケるものもあるのかも、と思う。
ただ、正直、この界隈の店のレベルを考えると、あえてそこで追究しようという気にはあまりならないのも事実かな。
