大手町プレイスのB1にあるフレンチのお店『RRR』さんへ。神戸牛やバイオバランス牛を提供しています。
■バイオバランス牛とは？
「バイオバランス」と呼ばれる、特殊な乳酸菌株を添付した飼料を牛の餌に混ぜ合わせて育てた牛のことのようです。牛の腸内環境が改善され、悪玉菌を抑制することで病原菌や悪臭が軽減。飼育環境全体が健全化されることで、牛へのストレスもなくなり、結果として栄養をしっかりと蓄えた美味しい肉が出来るそうです。
『国産牛100%ハンバーグステーキ 1,850円』をいただきました。「国産牛」とは神戸牛かバイオバランス牛なのでしょうね？内容まではわかりませんでした。
肉感がしっかりしたハンバーグステーキです。ナイフをしっかり入れないとちゃんと切れません。まさにハンバーグステーキ。切った断面の中央は鮮やかな牛のレッド。国産牛100%なのでできるミディアムレアの焼き上がり。
フレンチレストランですがソースは醤油味。国産牛とよくマッチして美味しい。ライスはなくバゲットのみ。バゲットをちぎりちぎり国産牛100%ハンバーグステーキを味わいました。
ドリンク付きなのでコーヒーをいただきました。
ちなみに、ランチのステーキメニューを見てみると
・AUSブラックアンガス牛ステーキ
・USブラックアンガス牛ステーキ
・バイオバランス牛のステーキ
・神戸牛ステーキ
と、上から順番にだんだん価格がアップしていきます。それを考えれば「国産牛」は神戸牛やバイオバランス牛とは考えづらいですかね？
