大手町プレイスに入る加賀料理のお店、会合があり訪問。大手町プレイスの1Fは喧噪ありますが、こちらのお店が入る2Fは比較的しずか、お昼の訪問でしたが、仲居さんに迎えられ入店。今回は個室利用でしたが、とても落ち着いた空間となっており、会合にとても向いているように感じました。
いただいたのは、ステーキ御膳。
〇 先付け トコブシの酒蒸し・金時草 トコブシは出汁等をあまり感じられず
〇 お椀 ジュンサイの葛よせ 工夫されたのでしょうが葛は必要ない
〇 ステーキ 国産牛ステーキと温野菜 ステーキは滋味深くなかなかしっかりした味
〇 鮭の炊き込みご飯
お料理の印象ですが、全体的に味付けが中途半端でもう少し料理に輪郭をもたせてもいいのではないかとかんじました。今回は昼でしたので、夜のコースではもっとしっかりした味付けの料理となるのかもしれません。
また、仲居さんのドリンクやお料理の出し方はとても丁寧で好感をもてました。
プライベートでは微妙ですが、大手町という街中ではとても落ち着いた個室となっており、次回は会合で使用してもいいなと思い店を後にしました。
