活黒鮑はタジン鍋でウォッカ蒸しにしてくれました。
鮑なんてなかなか食べられないからとても贅沢、、❤️
今回は個室利用だったので目の前で実演してくれて、エンタメとしても面白かったです！
ビジネスや接待、家族でのお食事にも雰囲気がいいですね
全てが美味しくて量もちょうど良かったです！
目の前の鉄板で焼いてくれるのがエンタメ感があって、見てるのも楽しかったです。
