Kai-san is Teppanyaki located in the basement of Tokyo Kaikan. I used it at a celebratory event. Teppanyaki is associated with luxury and a great view. Since the meeting room is in the basement, I was worried that it might lack some glamor, but it turned out to be a completely unnecessary worry. The inside of the restaurant has a semi-circular counter surrounding the chef, and the seats are spaced just right so you don't have to worry about your neighbor. The lighting that shines a spotlight on the food creates a nice atmosphere, but for some reason it feels very calming. . It's strange. I always get nervous when I go to Teppanyaki (lol), but I was able to relax and enjoy it very much. This time, I asked for a foie gras to share for the Ubashi course.・Appetizer ・Share 80 grams of foie gras between two people. It was 40g per person, which was just the right amount!・Scallops ・Duck meat ・Seasonal grilled vegetables ・Kai salad ・Taste comparison of Kuroge Wagyu beef *If you follow us on Instagram, you can get more for free! Definitely check it out! Lol ・Garlic rice ・Red soup stock, pickled vegetables ・Dessert All of them were delicious. I heard of someone who doesn't talk after eating, but the chef made the conversation even more lively than usual, and it was a really fun time! Even when I asked in advance about allergies and ingredients that I don't like, they kindly accommodated me (I had to make very specific requests m(_ _)m), and their hospitality was top-notch. There's just one thing, the drinks are The Tokyo KAIKAN PRICE!! It's an occasional luxury, so consider your wallet. LOL There seems to be a private room, so it would be a good idea to bring your children or have an important dinner. It was a really wonderful time. I would like to go once a year, or twice a year if possible. Thank you for the meal!
