新たにローテーションを担う一角を探すべくランチタイム放浪中。そんなこんなで前を通りすがったこちらの店、よく見れば〈チキン南蛮定食〉1,000円をはじめ、中々心地よい価格帯。
ちょいと試してみるか。
ってんで、中に入ってみる。焼き鳥屋の昼飯。焼き鳥丼やら、よだれ鶏定食やら、豚のしょうが焼きやら、「そそる」メニューのオンパレードで、価格帯も1,000～1,200円中心。中には1,300円とK点越えな感じのものもあるが、概ね予算内。
注文は初志貫徹の〈チキン南蛮定食〉。ご飯は大盛り（無料）。
これが、中々。
メインのチキン南蛮もさることながら、汁物が豚汁なのが嬉しい。切り干し大根、漬物、サラダのドレッシングあたりは流石に出来合いだろうが、真っ当に出来ているというのが有難い。チキン南蛮は、胸肉ではなくモモ肉だが、ヘンにオリジナルに忠実に胸肉で作ると、この手の店ではパサパサに仕上がって何が美味しいんだかわからないものになりがちなので、このアレンジはアリ。タルタルだけでなく、ちゃんと甘酢をくぐらせているのが、良心的仕上がりという気もする。
頻度は他のメニューを試してから、という気もするが、その他もこのクオリティで揃っているのであれば、ランチ・ローテーションの2枚目有望株として堂々名乗りを上げてくれる手応え。慌てる必要もないし、また今度、改めて使ってみよう。
