▷本日のカレー(茄子チキン)、▷サグチキン、※ハーフナン指定
本日のカレーの茄子チキンがとてもいい。スープカレーレベルのシャバシャバ流動性で、茄子の旨みをしっかり感じ取れるし、カレーリーフを含むスパイス感が滋味を感じさせて心地いいのです。食べる間に、ホールカルダモンが弾けて実に爽やかな仕上がりとなっています。
サグチキン(ほうれん草チキン)も塩気も油気も控えめで、胃に重くありません。
いずれのカレーも上質で、巷に溢れた町印度ナンカレー屋さんよりも、一段も二段も上のグレードの違いを感じさせてくれました。店名でRoyal Indian restaurantを名乗るのも納得でした。
