友人と夜に来店しました。
最初に訪問した時に声かけてもシカトされ、何回か声をかけると目線も合わせずに雑な感じでお待ち下さいと。。
この時点で帰りたくなりましたが、予約していたので、我慢して立ったまま待ちました。
接客は再訪する基準として非常に大切にしてるので、全く期待してなかったのですが、もつ鍋はかなり美味しかったです。
料理もどれを頼んでも美味しくて、期待を裏切ってくれました。
店長さんもお客さんへタメ口で話したり、軽いノリの接客が気になりますが、悪気はないようで、自分的には嫌いになれないタイプでした。
儲かってると言ってましたが、お値段と場所柄的に対応はかなり雑なので、再訪は少ないのではないでしょうか。
味はいいのにもったいないの一言です。
