新橋に「本店」と「総本店」の
ある当店！
焼きとん最高峰の新宿「鳥茂」や、
京成立石「宇ち多」を体験して
から、東京の豚もつレベルを高く
評価している私は、いつか訪れたい
と思っていました！
新橋だけでなく、八重洲店があると
人からきき、東京出張時の新幹線待ち
に訪れました。
店内はカウンター席と狭めの
テーブル席があります。
まず、上州豚おすすめ串メニューから、
・あみレバー
・あみチレ
をオーダーしました。
関西では牛レバーしかいただき
ませんが、弾力と臭みのなさに
改めて豚もつのすごさを感じます。
次に、希少限定串メニューから、
・たんした
・ハツモト
・くちびる
をオーダー！
こちらもいいです。
最後に、もつ焼きメニューから、
・はつ
・のどなんこつ
・かしら
をオーダー！
臭み消しに、からしや、味噌などで
いただく店もありますが、当店は
その必要がありません。
豚もつ最高です。
一人飲みできるいい店を発見
したことで、日帰り出張が楽しみに
なりました。

出るとすぐです。
カウンター席に座り、
ハイボールをオーダー！

・おまかせ串盛5本730円
・つくね190円(希少限定串)
・なんこつ150円
うーん！きつめの塩と、
レアな火入れがいい！
やきとん最高です。
続いて、上州おすすめ串から
・上タン串360円
・あみハツ240円
やはり、おすすめ串は質が
違います！大きさ的にも
食べ応えあり！
