担々麺 3辛 パクチー
担々麺激戦区の神田エリアで職場から一番近くて旨いこちら。
本日はさほど辛さを欲してなかったので50円増しの激辛にはしなかったのですが、それなりに辛くて旨い。
ベースのスープから肉味噌、麺に至るまで全てが好みにマッチした安定の一杯。
汁なし+パクチー
前回は汁なしにしようと思ってたのに、券売機の前で心変りしたのですが、今回は初志貫徹で。
50円増の激辛を買わずに3辛にしましたが、ちょっと物足りない。が、卓上の唐辛子投入で好みの辛さに。
今日から冷やし担々麺も始めたようなので、また近々来なきゃ。

担々麺激戦区の神田周辺で、長期間に渡って人気店だった辣椒漢 がいつの間にか閉店されていましたので、私的には当店が文句無しNo.1に。
久々の訪問は汁無しの3辛で。
11時半過ぎに行ってもすでに満席、人気の高さがうかがえます。
卓上調味料で味変を楽しみながら、今日も大満足の一杯でした。
