大手町のみずほ銀行ビル地下のOOTEMORIのレストラン街にある、ごちそう豚汁が売り物の定食屋さんです。
仕事が遅くなって空腹に耐えかねて、サクッとご飯を食べられる店を探して見つけました。
廊下との仕切りのないオープンなテーブル配置なので、空席が一目で分かる便利さはありますが、殺風景であまり好きではないので今まで未訪問でした。
小さなテーブル席に腰を下ろして取り敢えずビールを注文すると、アサヒの熟選の小瓶が出てきたので呑みながらメニューを眺めると、一口に豚汁と言ってもスタンダードから辛いチゲ豚汁、マイルドな白みそ豆乳豚汁、味噌バターコーン豚汁、もつ煮込み豚汁、スペアリブ豚汁と様々なバリエーションがあって悩みます。
更におかずとして、アジフライ、メンチ、モツに、鯖の明太漬け焼きがあって、組み合わせて注文することが出来ます。
「焼き魚の豆とん定食」という焼き魚とハーフサイズのごちとん豚汁のセットが有り、魚は赤魚、鯖、銀鮭が選べましたので鯖を選択しました。
ごちとん豚汁はふわふわの豆腐と豚バラ肉メインの優しい味わいです。
鯖は明太子の漬け汁に漬け込んであるのでピリッとしながらも、身がふわっと柔らかくて美味しい。
お客さんは残業の合間に夕飯を食べに来たと思しき若いサラリーマンや、疲れた表情で夕食を食べている一人暮らしのOLさんといったところです。
そういった方たちには便利なお店だと思いました。
