2022年3月26日、友人と2名で初訪問。
こちらのお店、カジュアルで本格的なスペインバルです。
場所は、神保町駅と竹橋駅の中間くらい。
お店は、周りは昔は問屋街だったんでしょうか、今はオフィス街で、土曜のこの日は、店長さんのワンオペでしたが、ストレスなく食事が楽しめました。
店内は、ヨーロッパの食堂という感じで、お洒落な雰囲気です。
頂いたお料理は、
『ALBAのディナーセット』(一人前2980円)+イベリコ豚のプランチャ3種盛り(2380円)をアレンジ。
【お勧めタパス5品盛り合わせ】
まるでイタリアンのdeliのような綺麗な盛り付けです。
・トルティーヤ…トルティーヤというと、メキシコのトルティーヤ(タコスの皮みたいなやつ)のイメージしかなかったので、びっくり。
スペイン風オムレツのことなんですね。
キッシュみたいでめちゃ美味しい。
・サーモンとチーズのディップ…クラッカーのせ。
クリーミーで、風味豊かな楽しい一品。
・キャロットラペ…酸味控えめで、甘い。
・ポテトサラダ…優しい味です。
・パテ･ド･カンパーニュパテカン…滑らかで、癖がなく食べやすい、美味しいパテカン。
・2色のオリーブのマリネとギンディージャ(青唐辛子の酢漬け)…口直しに。
【小エビとマッシュルームのアヒージョ】…スペイン産バケットと共に。
アヒージョは、塩味強めでバケットとの相性が最高。
このバケットが只者ではありませんでした。
もっちりと柔らかく甘い。
ワインにも凄く合う、トップクラスのアヒージョです。
【イベリコ豚のプランチャ盛り合わせ】
・肩ロース肉のプランチャ…これぞイベリコ豚という逸品。
岩塩で頂きましたが、噛めば噛むほど肉の旨味が溢れます。
・カルビ…イベリコ豚のカルビは初めて頂きましたが、脂の美味さが良く分かります。
・セクレト(霜降り肉)… 柔らかくて上質な部位です。
これも初めて頂きましたが、めちゃめちゃ美味い！
【特製シーフードパエリア】…こちらの名物のひとつ。
綺麗にサービングして頂きました。
有頭エビ、あさり、ワタリガニ、ムール貝など、海の幸がいっぱい。
旨味を吸ったもっちりとしたお米が美味しい。
【シャーベット】…さっぱりとしていてコースの〆にベスト。
頂いた飲み物は、
『サントリー香るエール(生ビール)』(580円)
『ボデガス・イグナシオ・マリン グランステータス2018(赤)』(フルボトル3000円)…スペインカリニェナ産。
ミディアムボディで飲み口が柔らかかったです。

タパスのレベルの高さと、イベリコ豚のポテンシャルを最大限に引き出したローストが素晴らしかったです。
それでいてCPがめちゃ良いと思います。
今回は、おっさんの二人飯でしたが、デートや女子会にぴったりです(笑)
ごちそうさまでした。
