大手町Oneという新しいビルにオープンしました。
オシャレなレストラン街です。
大阪千日前珉珉の餃子は初。
薄皮で店名の漢字みたいなシワのある小ぶりな餃子ですね。
少し羊の香りを感じたのは、ジンギスカンというメニューが気になって仕方なかったからかな？
北浦和の娘々より少し大きめで、こちらのも2つずつ食べると満足感が出ます。
タンメン頼まずに餃子だけダブル(トリプル)の方が良かったかもしれません。
セットのタンメン
上品な褐色にごりのスープ、茹でのウエイトが高い野菜はたっぷりで、
特にしょうがの風味と細もやしの食感が個性的。
中国料理のタンメンに近い端正な一品でした。
定食が色々揃っておりました。
対応いただいたお店の方も丁寧で安心でした。
