並んでいて、見てみると雰囲気がいいなと思って、大阪に帰る前に入ったお店です。
その雰囲気相応のいい値段のそばが並んでいて、疲れていたこともあったのでせっかくならと、しっかり天ぷらと蕎麦がついたものを頼みました。
待っている間、(失礼ですが)ちゃんとした料理人の方々がカウンターの前で作られているのが見えて、期待は高まっていました。
しかし、実は以前関東の漁港で食べた天ぷらがしつこくて内心そこまで期待はしてませんでした。(どっちやねん)
というのも、関東と関西では天ぷらの味付けの違いがあり、関東は卵の入った衣をごま油であげるそうで、薄味で白い関西の天ぷらに比べて、味が濃くなるんです。
いざ来てみると、この綺麗な色合い。もう食べる前から、これはおいしいと思いました。
食べてみると想像以上のおいしさ。関西関東論争なんて忘れるぐらい美味しくいただけました。
蕎麦も、味を忘れるぐらい自然に体に入りこんでくる上品なおいしさ。
次東京に行ったときも、食べに行きたいとおもいます。
