迷わず入店。
季節のおすすめに乗っかって、「春のあじわい」をオーダー。勢いで?そばを一枚追加。
せいろには水でしめたばかりで艶やかなそば。
天ぷらは大海老とアスパラガス、いとより鯛の盛り合わせ。
大海老はメニュー写真通りの大ぶり。
喉越しの良いそばは、何もつけず、塩で、わさびで、そしてツユで。
ホクホクぷりぷりの天ぷらも少々の塩で。
