今日のお仕事は頑張ったのでランチでお寿司でも食べたいな、ということで
東京駅ナカのお寿司屋さんに行ってみた。
立地が立地だけに値段は張るけど、その分美味しかった。
普段食べているお寿司とは弾力とかが違う気がする。
うにの身はぷりぷりでまったく臭くない。
これが高級なうにということなのだねー。
しっかり味わって覚えておこう。
マグロも脂が乗っていて美味しかった。
いくらは粒が大きかった。
西貝とかがさ海老とか初めて食べたネタもあった。
最後の干ぴょう手巻きはほんのり甘めで〆に良いね。
