◕底に敷いてある最中の皮みたいな物(笑)が甘味とマッチ。

◕ひとつひとつ手が込んでいます。

◕抹茶、オリーブオイルのディップ 意外に合う、美味しい。
■名の知れぬビール
◕選択の余地無し、これしかビールはありませんでした。
料理は味濃いめ、牛肉が美味だったのとキャビア大盛り以外ピンと来ず、逸品はデザート、記憶している限りこれまでで1番美味でした。
総じて良いお店だが期待して行った分だけ肩すかしかな?!

◕美蘭牛 じゃがいも オゼイユ ㅇソースの味が濃いし、大量で肝心の美蘭牛の味が分かりづらい。 肉自体も焼き過ぎ？

昨年9月以来2度目の訪問です。
少し小盛の料理9皿、パンも食べ丁度良いです(普通の男性だと足りないと思います)
味は総じて良い、特にデザートが面白い。
夜景はスカイツリー一択、別のラウンジからの眺めの方が数段良いがそちらは雰囲気がイマイチ。
サービスもソツがなく、強いて言うならBGMが合ってないと思います。
お見送り時にお土産貰って帰途につきました笑
