This French cuisine is located inside the Four Seasons Otemachi. I've been interested in this place since it first opened, so I'm glad that my wish came true. The contents of this course are Amuse Onion Dashi soup Kishu duck Burdock Black olive Strawberry Pink pepper Vanilla Baked sweets. It was a well-balanced course with many things that made use of the ingredients as a whole!
