通勤途中に見つけ気になっていたこちらのお店。
赤提灯を見かけるとつい入りたくなってしまう。
明るい時間に店の前を通っていたため、店の特徴は入るまでわからなかったが和牛が売りのお店のようだ。
早い時間だったため先客は4,5組いた程だろうか。
寒い日でもありもつ鍋を食べている様子だった。
もつ鍋もいいが和牛を使った料理に興味があったのでそちらをメインに注文することに。
注文したのは、

◉焼き鳥 ささみ・もも・ねぎま
◉和牛サーロインステーキ
◉和牛握り寿司
◉胡麻塩きゅうり
きゅうりにごま油と塩がかかったシンプルなつまみ。
シャキシャキのきゅうりにごま油は間違いない組み合わせ。
ほとんど私が食べてしまった。
◉焼き鳥 ささみ・もも・ねぎま
焼き鳥が食べたくなりこちらも注文。
さっぱりとした肉質のささみと山葵がとてもよかった。
もも・ねぎまも弾力ある鶏肉で無難な美味しさ。
◉和牛サーロインステーキ
一番印象的な料理がこのサーロインステーキ。
とても柔らかく口にすると溶ける肉質で脂身も甘かった。
かかっている塩が更に肉の脂身の甘さを引き立てており好印象。
追加でもう一皿注文したくなってしまった。
◉和牛握り寿司
お店イチオシと言う事でこちらもオーダー。
目の前で丁寧に炙ってくれる演出が嬉しく、炙りたての肉寿司は1個の満足感がとても高い。
シャリと肉が口の中で一体となりハマってしまう美味しさ。
こちらもおすすめの一品。
和牛をメインとしてるお店ともあり、やはり牛肉料理が一番印象的だ。
今年はまだもつ鍋を食べていないから今度こちらを利用してみたい。
