On my way home from shopping, transportation was stopped due to the snow, so I stumbled upon this Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) while wandering around and decided to stop by. ``Due to the snow, there aren't any customers lol,'' the clerk said as he guided me to a spacious seat. Indeed, when I looked around the store, there were no customers, only the store staff. It's not just transportation that is in trouble due to snow... First of all, I ordered draft beer for the number of people. I waited and ordered chilled tomatoes, horse sashimi, and beef tataki. Orders were placed on a tablet placed at the seat. The food was served quite quickly, probably because there were no other customers. LOL The chilled tomatoes were passable, fresh and delicious. The meat of the beef tataki is quite tender, and the grated radish and sauce are light and delicious. The horse sashimi was beautifully thinly sliced and served with garlic. At this point, I was starting to drink a lot, so I ordered the meat Sushi and Motsu-nabe (Offal hotpot) that caught my attention. I forgot to take a photo of Motsu-nabe (Offal hotpot), but it was loaded with giblets, chives, tofu, and cabbage. The plump offal was the best. The meat Sushi uses perfectly seasoned meat, and is grilled right in front of you on a burner. The slightly sweet sauce goes really well with it. I just happened to stop by this shop, but I think it was a hit.
