水曜12時半頃訪店。大手町パークビルの地下には比較的リーズナブルなランチが頂けるお店がある。待たずに入れた。
ランチメニューから麻婆豆腐定食(¥800)をオーダー。痺れ(花椒)の有無を聞かれた。当然あり。3-4分でサーブされた。麻婆豆腐でこの時間は驚き。
レンゲを入れて一口食して驚く。ぬるい。熱くないのである。辛さも弱い。塩分の塩辛さのほうが強い。ライスにかけて食す。花椒が効いているのは救い。ちょっと残念。
店内も狭いし、カウンター席も高く、椅子と合っていない気がする。
