炭火焼のやきとり定食❗
ランチ時は近所のビジネスマン・ウーマンたちで大盛況の串八珍さん。広い店内満席です。
『やきとり定食 900円』をいだきました。「とろろ」か「ミニサラダ」かを選べますので「ミニサラダ」でお願いしました。
別メニューで「やきとり定食 塩おろしポン酢」が＋20円で選択できました。私は普通のやきとり定食をを願いしました。
炭火で焼いた炭火焼の風味が旨い。甘辛いタレの味もまたいい。タレが濃厚で美味しいですね。タレの焼鳥はもちろんビールのお供にもいいですが、白いご飯と食べるのも最高ですね。
焼鳥の種類は、鶏モモの山賊焼きのような大きい串と、うずらの卵、レバー、つくね、ねぎまの５本です。ちょうどいいボリュームでした。
味噌汁と思って一口飲むと、なんと白濁した鶏のスープ。これもまた濃厚な味わいで美味しかったです。
「もも焼き丼」や「鶏の唐揚げ定食」、「親子丼」など美味しそうなメニューがたくさんあります。これは人気になるはずですね。かなり美味しかったです！

大手町ファーストスクエアB1にある『串八珍』さんへ。すぐ近くの大手町ビルにも同じ串八珍さんがありますが、こちらはファーストスクエア店。店内が異常に広い。
焼き鳥をたくさんいただきました。
『ねぎま・かわ・鶏レバー・せせり・うずら』と豚串の『ハラミ』。「かわ」だけタレで他とは全部塩で焼いてもらいました。
こちらの焼き鳥にはもれなく辛子が添えてあります。辛子をつけて食べるのなんて初めて。でも新しい旨さを発見。
あと『だし巻き卵・もつ煮・焼きそば』も追加注文。もつ煮がさっぱりした味付けで美味しい。焼きそばの麺が極細麺でまた美味しかったです。焼きそばソースの濃いこと（笑）
