土曜日の開店と同時に訪問しました。席は予約してませんでしたが空席がありテラス席に案内いただきました。
こちらは新潟の食材を使ったイタリアンです。
雪国ならではの締りの効いた野菜やお肉を楽しめます。特に良かったのは鶏のコンフィ。炭火で焼かれ非常に香ばしく中はジューシー。骨付きなので肉を食らっている感があり、食べ応えがあります。
テラス席も涼しく大手町の落ち着いた雰囲気でリラックスできました。
