八重洲地下街は１番通りと２番通り、更に外堀地下１番通り～３番通りなどがあるので複雑です。
マイレビさんの口コミを拝見し行きたいに登録していたのと、母がSNSを見て教えてくれたので、日曜日の午前10時40分にお伺いしました。
案内マップを頼りに何とか辿り着きました。
オープン前だったので待ちました。1番です。
11時になり外にあるクレジットカード使用可のタッチパネル式券売機を店員さんが発売に切り替えたので、特製冷やしらーめん1300円の食券を購入し店に入り好きな席どうぞと言うのでテーブル席に着き店員さんに食券を渡しました。
店内のBGMはスピッツなどが流れていました。
店員さんは男性2人と女性2人です。
滞在中後から来たカップルや男性客などで満席になりました。
11時9分に特製冷やしらーめんが来ました。
麺は細麺ですが弾力があって冷たいスープによく合います。
スープは氷が入っていて冷たくて煮干しを感じることができて、煮干しが好きな人におすすめしたいです。
チャーシューは鶏が入っていてそれぞれこの冷やし蕎麦の引き立て役に十分貢献しています。
味玉も黄身が少しかためでしたが美味しかったです。
アーリーレッド、あおさ、メンマ、三つ葉、ねぎなどが彩りを良くしています。
美味しかったです。ごちそうさまでした。
